“＜これ以上ウマくて簡単な料理はない！　という料理レシピ＞
・白菜切ってレンジで適当にチン。鮭の中骨の缶詰のっけて、ゆずぽんかけて食う
・納豆キムチ卵ご飯うめえ
・レトルトのナポリタンソースと鶏肉を炊き込むと簡単チキンライス
・牛乳に缶詰めのコーンを入れて温め、塩コショウで味付けする
・クリームチーズを一口大に切り、皿に盛る。カツオ節とネギをかけ醤油をかける。冷奴風クリームチーズ
・クリームチーズにイカの塩辛や酒盗を乗せても美味い
・食パンに缶詰のコンビーフをたっぷりなすりつけてトースターで焼く
・白飯に納豆、生卵、刻みネギを乗っけて桃屋のラー油をひとさじ。醤油を数滴たらして混ぜて食う
・ビスケットに溶いた小麦粉からめて天ぷら
・フライパンにお湯沸かして蒸し皿みたいなのを入れて鶏肉とかブロッコリー入れて蒸す
・茹でたスパゲティにサバ水煮缶ぶちまける。桃屋の辛そうで辛くない少し辛いラー油をお好みで入れる
・えのきをレンジでチンしてポン酢と七味
・茹でたパスタをベーコン千切ったやつとフライパンで煽りながら醤油と茹で汁塩コショウ入れる
・しめじ　しいたけ　エリンギをバター醤油で炒めて茹でたスパゲッティをからめる
・玉葱をラップにくるんでレンジでチン。そんだけ
・きゅうりとカニカマのマヨネーズあえ
・あぶらあげをトースターでチンする
・油あげなら単純に酒で割った醤油塗ってオーブントースターでパリパリになるまで焼いたやつもうまい
・乾燥うどんや素麺やひやむぎを素揚げ。塩が入ってるからそのままボリボリお菓子になる
・鶏胸肉に塩強めにもみこんで米と一緒に炊く。炊いたら肉は食べやすい大きさに切ってご飯と一緒に盛る”
